    I made a purchase on 11/24/2024 that has never been received or refunded. I have reached out to the company numerous times in the last six months to get this resolved with no solution. Business has provided me with multiple excuses-I forgot, we are moving and it is raining, this is the fault of a previous employee. I have been told on multiple occasions that I would be taken care of today still no resolution to the order placed and never received. When I check on the tracking number it only says that the ticket was created and nothing more

    Order for 2 handbags placed 4/12/25, 7 emails have been sent for an update on the status of the order. on 4/25/25 I received a response that I would receive shipping on 4/26/25. It is now 5/21/25 and I still have not received a reply back from all the emails I have sent, I have called numerous times, sent ******** messenger texts, commented on their live videos on ******** and they deleted my comment. I just want them to ship my product or give me a refund but no one from this company will respond to me.
