    My intention to establish a regular and ongoing advertising campaign with this company, began in good faith over 3 months ago. I placed my order on 9/24/24. However, I must share my concerns regarding the lack of professionalism of management services. The warranty information I received was taken directly from their website, and I have come across numerous customer complaints echoing similar issues. It appears that their business model tends to overpromise while underdelivering. Literally "UNDELIVERING!" The mailer was delayed supposedly due to the Hurricane over 2000 miles away from my area. They claim on not only the website but the CEO's Bio to be experts in reaching specific target areas yet ZERO of my mailers reached any of my clients. Not to mention the list they provided had up to seven duplicates of each person's mailing address. You pay for each one so that in itself seems to be fraudulent to me. Furthermore, it seems there is little regard for where these materials are sent once they receive payment & leave their site. While I cannot recover the losses or wasted time and effort on this matter, I feel compelled to inform others in my field about my experience. A voicemail from *** management I received yesterday states that this Dilemma has gone all the way up the ************* cannot do anything to remedy their errors and make it right for myself and my company. They offered as compensation to me to mail out 204 more of my outdated (recently sold advertisement) postcards. That is laughable considering the circumstances. I do not trust them to do any more mailers. My out-of-pocket cost $375.59 Damages equate to much more due to the nature of my business commitments to others and my very specific niche.

We take matters like this seriously, and our manager worked with you closely to address your concerns. **** delivery times may fluctuate during holidays, peak mail periods, and extreme weather conditions. As you may be aware, two back-to-back hurricanes impacted *******, near ***** and also near our headquarters. After Hurricane ******, we provided you a quick response and the tracking information for your mailings. All were delivered with only a slight delay. Additionally, as our manager discussed with you, we confirmed that the addresses in your mailing list were correct based on the tax roll.We're glad we could resolve this matter. If you have any further concerns,please feel free to get in touch with us.

    I am a realtor. I hired this company to send out a mailer in my neighborhood . I have lived here 20 years. Noone received it including me. They are blaming the post office. The post office said they don't have any record of it and the carrier never saw it either. They took my money and said " there is nothing they can do". It was never delivered so they can't be accountable. When I first called a person in another **** said there was no record of it. I feel like I was scammed because the service I was promised was never provided and they took my money. The post office said they should remail it but they refused. Not my fault and not fair . Bad practice.

These scans are obtained through the United ********************* ******* We are only able to show scans to the final destination post office, as the post office does not track delivery to the door itself. We fulfilled the order in producing, printing, and mailing the postcard in the timeline specified on our website and order receipts. As a business engaged heavily in direct mail, we stand behind proof of delivery as provided by ***** As a trusted business in real estate marketing since 1997, we diligently work to maintain our commitment to quality and customer service. We do not engage in deceitful business practices, which is why we have thousands of positive testimonials and reviews.
