    They do things illegally and don't work with. And don't work with their customers.

    Unfortunately her application to Lease was declined.  We wish we could approve all people, but like any grantor of capital (Lease or loan) we can not.  She is not now, nor was she ever, a customer.   Hopefully if things improve, we can approve her at a later time.

    I wrote for my boyfriend who had a lease and they are very nasty people that work there and would not recommend them to anyone.

    This company is ridiculous. They have you correspond via text and when you try to speak to upper management about anything the response is ALWAYS theyve left for the day I needed paperwork filed and no one can figure out how to get the proper sent to me so I can sign it to have my bike released.

    We are sorry for any confusion. The vehicle, unfortunately had to be repossessed due to lack of payment.  It was being held in a storage facility that was charging fees. The customer did pay the arrearage, and we offered to release the vehicle back to him to resume making his payments.   We called the facility and worked out the payment of the storage fees.  He was cleared to pick up the bike yesterday. May29th.      


    Regarding the comment that management has "ALWAYS" left for the day.  We record each call and found that to happen on Tuesday the 29th of May.  That frankly should never happen during business hours.   (this call was at 6pm, but someone still is there)  We have coached the supervisor on duty.    Also, regarding texting.  It is at the customer's option.  ************** is a live phone number, which ************** has used many times.

    I bought a 2006 Harley ******** from them in 2019 not only have they put my credit reporting on someone else credit for scores & still havent sent me my secured title at this point all I have is a lease agreement which in in the eyes of the law means nothing and my bike was stolen so when I went to the police I learned that my bike is registered to someone else as the owner the ********** called them and only got the run around they were more interested in me paying the payout than getting my bike even though I know who took it & where it is but they wont confirm to the police its mine nor tell them who the owner is thats on it yeah someone else was at the station & went through the same thing with the she paid hers off even the payout 2 yrs ago & still waiting for her title then learned someone else owns her bike too they are scam artist Id never referrer them to anyone and customer Service isnt for **************** they only service *********** Financials scams on customers actually were nothing but victims to them

    We are certainly willing to work with ****************************  The Lease was NOT paid off so the title does NOT go to the Lessor. (******************)   

    We are happy to provide the Police information that they request.
