      Retrunk Marketplace promised that with a consignment membership she would send prepaid shipping labels and clean out kit bags that could be filled with up to 20 lb of clothing to be shipped to her and then listed on her website to be sold as well as other online marketplaces. Since signing up for her program on 9/24/22 I have received 2 kits and on numerous occasions have tried reaching her via email without and response. She finally messaged me on messenger. She promised to send the kits and sent me a tracking number and I had to download and print mailing label from pirate and ship, I mailed 2 bags and a large box full of clothes. It has been a year without any action on her part she refuses to answer or acknowledge messages.*** since sent an email requesting a refund and she has not responded. This woman is taking advantage of many people and is not legally running her business. Her website has been down for an extended period of time without informing her clients of website status.We have been taken advantage of by her actions, and am requesting a refund with return of all items I shipped to her

      Sydney started a consignment online business called Retrunk Marketplace promising that with a consignment membership she would send prepaid shipping labels and clean out kit bags that could be filled with up to 20 lb of clothing to be shipped to her and then listed on her website to be sold as well as other online marketplaces. Since signing up for her program on 7/28/22 I have yet to receive the kits and on numerous occasions have tried reaching her via email without and response. She finally messaged me on ******** messenger on 01/25/23. She promised to send the kits and sent me a tracking number but it has not been updated since 01/26/23 and I believe the tracking info she sent is fake or faulty in some way. Ive since sent an email requesting a refund and she has not responded. This woman is taking advantage of many people and is not legally running her business. Her website has been down for a week now without any notification to her clients.

      On April 26th I paid for a spot in the consignment group for Poshboss Hq. She stated that the website would be live in May. I immediately sent my first large box in. May 9th, I sent two more boxes in. I was told the website would be live May 27th. June 2nd she offered a lifetime consignment spot where our items would be listed for a year on her website, poshmark and sold locally. She stated the website was on pace to be finished in two weeks. I inquired if I should do this, she said yes, because I had so much inventory. There was an upgraded fee for this. I paid the additional ***** fee for this. I continued to send in boxes over the summer. The website was not up still, but she said she was listing on poshmark and was selling locally. Beginning of September, she has a promo of Buy one package and label to send items in (up to 20 lbs) and get one free. I purchased several of them thinking it would save me money. September 8th, I asked her to send me the labels I purchased. September 9th she said they were currently being mailed out. September 9th, she told all of us sellers via our *************** that there was a new address to send items in because she had to get a bigger space, but we had to email her to get it. When I asked, she gave me an address in *******. Previously she was in **************. When I inquired who/where I was sending items she said the items were being sent to her, not her virtual assistant and she was the only one who had access to them. September 11th, she told us we could get a credit on our account if we wanted to just ship our items in ourselves and not use the bags and labels she was supposed to send us. She stated that if I would ship the items myself, she would credit my account with the money I paid for the special and add 20.00.In October, the website still wasn't complete and I asked for my items back. She said it would take 3 weeks to return my 13 boxes. She then blocked me from the groups and won't return my email
