    Purchased two slow pitch softball bats. Both were immediately placed on the banned list because the bats did not pass quality testing. March 2024 was one year since these bats were disallowed. **************** rep *********** provided guarantee that he would replace my bats or provide a refund. I still have nothing but empty promises.

    I have received several emails from Suncoast Softball about a supposed order I placed. I did not place any order and my name isn't *************************. I have tried to contact Suncoast Softball but it doesn't appear anyone is working there or answering their listed phone number. I found an email through their FB page, which I sent an email to today. They have no email verification procedures in place, and this may be an instance of someone else using my email, but it's weird how further edits to the order happened hours apart. I have attached the emails I received to this complaint.

    I purchased a bat to use for slowpitch softball about a year ago. The bat was temporarily suspended by the league I play in. A few months later it was completely suspended and I've not gotten any answers. I need money for a new bat or for them to give me something I can use. This company is criminal.

    Suncoast Sports sells softball bats, and equipment. My boyfriend, and I purchased 4 Suncoast bats all under factory warranty, @ $300 per bat for the upcoming 2023 softball season. The bats have been temporarily banned by the USSSSA due to incomplete testing results. This means that we have purchased bats that cannot be used for the league that they were deemed legal for. I called SunCoast Sports on 04/14/2023, to ask about a refund. Since I cannot use the bats, and league has already started. The person I spoke to in customer service I assume to be the owner was rude, combative, and said there is no refunds/exchange program until a final ruling is made. At this point there is no timeframe as to when a ruling will be made, and I am out money for a DEFECTIVE product. I am unable to return the bats to the company Head Banger Sports who is a distributer company since it has been over 30 days, and some of the bats are out of the wrapper and used. I and others should be able to return the bats with a full refund, so that we can purchase bats that are USSSA legal. It is not our problem that Suncoast Sports is in this situation.
