    Hi, on October 4th I called roto-rooter because my drainage pipe was clogged and flowing into the yard. I live in ******** Mobile Home Park (55andup) The technician arrived around 4:30 and dug our pipe and couldnt unclog it and would return on the 5th he replaced a pipe that had a split. For that we were charged *****. On October 18th not only was my pipe backed up and flowing out in the yard but my neighbors house was backed up into their home and outside. I called roto rooter and the technician came back out looked around and said that there was a clog farther down the pipe and that was the mobile home parks problem. I went to the office and told them what roto rooter had said, they called LT ********************** who came out ran a camera through the neighbors pipe found a clog they dug up the pipe roto rooter had put in and it had failed and came apart and since I was the one that called roto rooter we had to pay LT **********************s bill which they did the same exact work except their part is still holding they charged ********. Thats a very big price difference I feel that we should be refunded ***** dollars half for the work that failed and for the bill from LT **********************. That is a lot of money for us we are living paycheck to paycheck and Im unable to work at this point and time and feel they pretty much stole half our savings.
