      Dr. C should have had her midecal license tken a long time ago. There is nothing good here. She is the worst of the worst. Any practioner would be better.. Somebody needs to do a very throrough investigation of her . Do your research, .

      Dr. ********************** and her team are inconsistent and not trust worthy. After a few sessions that was court ordered the other party opted to withdraw after the demand from ****************** and I had already replenished my retainer of $1200. We had one last session in August 2022. Their billing team denied my refund and erroneously said I need them $63. After 4 months they "claimed," to have mailed the refund to my previous address in FL. When ******* called me in Dec 2022, she asked me did I get the refund check, I advised them no and that I had relocated and reminded her of the dozens of emails exchanged with their billing team prior denying and debating what was owed to me. Verbally I provided my new address and still didn't receive it. In January 2023, I still didn't get the check, and called again February and they still had no answer. Here were another 5 weeks later and still no check. Last conversation was March 14 2023 and here we are still no refund, no apology, and call from ***** **********************. This is sad and disappointing that a company would be so rude and demanding and so leisurely with refunding a single mother's hard earned money. This has been the worse experience every. The therapy was a bad experience as well, Dr. ****** is not humane, she was emotionless and lacked empathy to my 11 year old child when she cried or got upset. I had to tell her to stop and acknowledge my child and her feelings. This is one of the worse xompanies ever and shr has several practices, this is very disappointing and frustrating. It's now March 22, 2023 and still waiting ....I have all of the emails from their finance team and their inaccurate communication and will be sharing this with the state board and anywhere else I can share this experience so it can help others with making a decision regarding their services.
