    I first connected with IMG last year and spoke with a wonderful rep named *******. We had decided the post grad program would highly benefit my son and I should follow up with IMG after he closes in on his senior year in high school. I reached out to ******* and received an email stating she is no longer with IMG, I was then directed to speak with *****, then DJ who for two weeks didnt contact me by phone rather just kept sending emails about the call I was requesting. After finally speaking with DJ he stated I needed to get with admissions and he started an email thread, introducing me to the person I needed to speak with, that person then directed me to speak with ****************. Needless to say - it was quite a headache just getting anyone to take me serious. After a week passed and **************** didnt return my call or email, I reached out to IMG yet again requesting she contact me. I spoke with **************** about my son, the program and my personal aggressive health battle that would not allow me to afford IMG at the present time so unless aid is available, I would be interested in finance options IMG may offer, if any. **************** highly suggested I apply to IMG and DJ would put together options for me. **************** was unable to assist me as she provided all the information I had already gotten from DJ, only she advised the financial questions needed to be directed back to DJ. I called DJ, letting him know I applied and had some questions about financial options. Its been two weeks and IMG has completely disregarded me. I feel incredibly judged, misguided and misinformed. I was led to apply, then ignored. I demand an immediate refund for the $200 application fee otherwise I will be disputing this with my bank. Im so disappointed in the lack of transparency, urgency and integrity of IMG. My hopes my son had for a continued future as athlete began with IMG, rather than accepting D2 offers hes gotten, he wanted to advance. IMG has done nothing but let him down.
