    We bought a home in which they installed the floors. He put them overtop an engineered wood floor. The flooring manufacturer specifically states not to this or the warranty is void. Long story short, we had a huge moldy, wet mess that had to be removed from the entire house! The owner admitted to faulty work and smugly said we had no ***** right to hold him accountable because his contract was with the previous owner. unfortunately, he is correct.

    Took 7 months to complete a quoted 8 week project consisting of master bathroom remodel at 40k where he ended up using the cheapest tile he could find. Grout is already failing, my toilet is leaking **** from behind and sinks have deteriorating plastic since he uses cheap products. LVP installed throughout that is now buckling in couple areas, he didn’t complete the molding and we have huge gap in our kitchen. Speaking of kitchen we asked for a paint job and he had to try it 3 times before we had to put in extra money to just reface, but unfortunately that didn’t turn out well either as the new cabinets are already chipping. Our plumbing in our master bath is not to code and he did not permit any of his work. Run fast!!! Look away! Pass go and keep going!
