I had a small roof leak that showed up in my utility room. I had **** from Roof Dr. LLC repair it on July 11, 2024. On July 27, I texted **** with a picture showing that the leak had now spread and was at least 5 times larger. He then repaired the roof again on Aug. 6 and 7, 2024. I texted him on Aug. 7, 2024 asking if he finished the job and did not hear back from him. On Aug. 27, 2024 I again texted him with a new picture showing that the leak was still there. I asked him to call me but I have not heard from him as of today, Sept. 12, 2024. His quote stated that he gives a 5 year labor warrant and concerns would be addressed within 48 hours of notice at no charge. As you can see he never even responded to my latest text on Aug. 27. Meantime I had to have a second roofing company repair the leak. They showed me that the membrane was not cemented down and that the membrane should also have had flashing.Since I had to have a second company repair my roof, I would like to have at least a half refund from **** due to the aggravation and additional cost.
