      Robbed my husband of over 200$. We were thinking about going. He put his card information in, but we decided it wasnt going to work. One of our kids isnt feeling well. So my husband backed out of the payment page online, and they charged his card anyway. Were trying to explain it to the employees but they will NOT refund him. You need to cancel 48 hours in advance they say, so we tried rescheduling it for Friday, so we could cancel it in advance. They said we cant do that.This is complete robbery. BE CAREFUL putting any payment information on their website.Were VERY upset right now. Thieves.

      Hello!

      You're husband was refunded!

      In the inital explanation there was no discussion about a sick child. You're husband also clicked a box to approve our booking and cancelation policy. In any case, our reservation specialist did what she is supposed to do when a guest wants to cancel within 48 hrs of your reservation. She offered to reschedule or issue return passes. This was not enough, so she elevated the matter to a manager level. You/your husband were too impatient to allow a manager, who is busy in the field, to get back to you with an answer so your husband called back and started threatening to come out to the park and do what? I'm not sure. When I recieved the message and looked at the reservation to see that you had booked within the past hour, I called your husband back and refunded your tickets. 

      Also, you stated that your husband made the payment online and then tried to back out of it and we charged your card anyway. This is impossible....the card gets changed when the payment was made.

      In the future please review booking policies and make decision prior to paying for reservations and if you have a problem, be patient enough to get a call back from the person who is able to make that decision. 

      For anyone reading this review, please check out our over **** positive reviews on google.....we are not perfect, but we do a great job!
