    During February 2024, *********************************** # ******, came to my house, in order to inspect my home and a provide a Damage Report, in which I was under the impression that he will be providing me with an estimate to work on Design Plans, in order for me to submit it to ************** to obtain a Residential Permit for my home. However, Mr. ********************** a few days later after he provided me with the Damage Report, provided me with a contact to an organization that helps veterans, stating to me that he cant help and urged me to contact them for financial help. It didnt make any sense to me, as I did NOT request any financial help or a referral to a company that helps veterans. In addition, Mr. ********************** after that disrespectfully continued ignoring my emails and messages, in regards to providing an Estimate to work on providing ***************** Plans as listed as a part of his services on his website (********************************************). Recently, around a couple of months ago, Mr. ********************** sent an Estimate to create Design Plans to a General Contractor that I was communicating with to work on repairing my home. Thus, I contacted Mr. ********************** via email, on or about 09/07/2024, but again he continued disrespectfully and unprofessionally ignoring me.A few critical points, the cost (price) of the Damage Assessment Report that Mr. **********************s, provided me was extremely below ALL the Structural Engineers that I communicated with. The fee that he charged me for both the Damage Report and his site visit, was ONLY $500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED DOLLALRS) all inclusive. Its worth mentioning that multiple contractors and others who inspected my home and read the notes stated to me that they think it's exaggerated. Lastly, I was astonished to learn that Mr. ********************** CANNOT actually work on Design Plans at this time, as he is NOT currently certified with the current 8th Edition, Florida Building Code under Special Qualifications pursuant to Section ********, Florida Statutes.
