  What a con man. NEVER take the warranty...I did but he still charged me ("at the old rate" so that's the warranty?) Then put sealer on old tiles which has gooped up and **** said he'd fix it "at old rate". Not to mention he keeps changing his company name so that maybe no one will even read this review!

  Total scam. My floors were severely damaged and left in the same dirty condition. I paid for sealer but NONE was applied. I had to write a new check payable to *********************************, as he would not take the check made payable to Expert Surface Solutions. When I saw the damage he and his worker had done I immediately put a stop payment on my check. I let ********************************* know that I was very unhappy and contacting an attorney. The con artist had already cashed the check so my stop payment could not be honored. I have thousands of dollars in damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

  I had my tiles cleaned at end of 2022 . Rich and Joe were on time . While Joe cleaned Rich left after explaining the prices for sealer and warranty which I said I will think about it. On his return and upon asking again if I would do the sealer and or 5 year plan,I declined. After which the rest of the job was finished in 30 mins. Needless to say part of the tiles were not done . He had promised to return and complete the cleaning if the job was not satisfactory. But as some of us know he will not pick up the phone or return text messages. His initial price $199 may be tempting but work is lousy and no promises are kept . DEFINITELY WILL NOT USE AGAIN.
