    This hosting company manages my web site. The domain requires to be renewed every year through them and also the hosting service is paid automatically. During the last 2 weeks I kept receiving emails saying that I hadn't paid the renewal, so I opened tickets, contacted by email without any response. The domain expired and now I am trying to deal with this issue. It seems that the owner and only employee of this company is in Argentina and the company is registered in USA. I have not had any response from anyone and at this point I am reporting them because I need my domain. I just want my money back.
