    Coach **** is a TERRIBLE coach and even worse businessman. The season is more than halfway over and the team has yet to receive their jerseys and practice jerseys. He wont even give a confirmation number to confirm that hes even ordered uniforms. He kicked multiple players off the team when they questioned him about the uniforms- sounds unlawful.He has verbally told my husband and I that he will refund us the $150 for the uniforms we did not receive but he will do longer return our calls. We paid $575 for the season and $150 included uniforms and practice jerseys. He keeps accepting new players and payments but not providing what was promised. Multiple parents have this concern and should be filing as well. We had to pull our son from the team due to the bullying he was receiving from the coach but that is being filed separately with AAU.

    Parents pulled son from the team, which they are free to do so. Player has received a practice uniform as seen in the attachment, as of our refund policy if a player leaves in which is signed by the parents and player is also attached.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Player did not receive game uniform. Player received a reversible jersey that is used, scruffy, and too small for him and from TBKs previous season. Coach ******* *********************** told us multiple times that we would receive a refund for the game jersey and NEW practice jersey we did not receive this season. Player was pulled from the team due to access bullying from the coach which will be filed via a separate avenue. We are seeking the $150 he told multiple parents we would receive. Is it **************** the multiple families he promised this to? I know many others have already filed complaints to BBB and are seeking legal counsel. I, however, am currently only seeking $150 refund that was promised.

    I'm confused, First complaint stated that player never received practice uniform. now there saying they did but was scruffy and to small and from our previous season which is a false statement, player pick his practice  jersey and shorts sizes and if it was to small why didn't the parent say anything in regards to the size during any on the tournaments that where played. As it states in our policy you cant quite and demand a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Coach **** told the parents that the practice jerseys we were given were from past seasons and temporary until your order of NEW GAME and PRACTICE uniforms were to arrive. This was during the time all the parents got together to have a meeting with you to voice our concerns with the lack of communication and information that was given to parents regarding the new practice location (45min away from original practice location), and Coach **** could no provide proof that he had even purchased the teams uniforms yet. This was in late March of 2023, after some parents paid in November and December. This night, you told parents that we could ask for the $150 back and order the uniforms ourselves. There are many witnesses for that. Id like the $150 for the official game uniforms and practice uniforms my son did not receive. Coach **** fails to communicate and be a man of his word which is why he has to fall behind a terribly written contract. 

    Parents are in fear of voicing concerns over the uniform situation because the last time parents did, they were kicked off back in March 2023.

    We pulled our son from Coach Kings practice to protect his mental state. There will be multiple reports filed against his coaching style. Again, that is for another Avenue. I am here to request the $150 for the NEW game and practice uniforms we did not receive

    I received an email stating my son was kicked off the team. *********************** provided no explanation. I questioned *********************** about my sons jersey. I paid him $575 and he we are Half way through the tournaments and no jersey, no bag, no sock, nothing. Everything that was promised, nothing was received. He had a problem with me questioning him about everything that was promised to my kid and then he kicked my son out. I responded to him via email and text about refunding me my money and he has not yet responded. At this point, I have contacted a lawyer as well as the *** about these janky practices. He literally stole my money and I am inspecting my full refund.

    Several of the expectations set by the kings organization were not met and when my wife and I questioned him, he became defensive with no realistic answers. I have no problem being released, however I have reached out via email and text to *********** with no answer in regards to a refund. No answers nor updates have been provided.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Its clear youre going to remain unprofessional and not want to resolve this fairly. The contract you keep referring to basically states I can be removed or released at the Kings discretion NOTHING about my REFUND. So yet again your own contract doesnt show clear cut verbiage. From the beginning I remained quiet to your process trying to learn as a new parent. Clearly communication was never on your agenda. There was never a coaches/parents meeting. Never. The group chat was a smoke screen which allowed you to partially communicate and not answer or short answer questions that came from numerous parents. The only consistency was the consistent use of county basketball courts which were only partially available on numerous occasions. I quit asking about that because paying for a gym to practice wasnt on your agenda. Missing practices, missing games, due to your poor planning is unacceptable. A stand in coach that new parents don't even know because you failed to have meetings to introduce your staff. Unacceptable. NO coach for a game where parents stepped in because youre missing with no explanation. Unacceptable. You advertised your organization as ***, however when I searched my sons name on the *** site, he isnt even registered. An unfulfilled promise of uniforms, bags, socks, etc Honestly as a PARENT would you not have questions??? You clearly had expectations on us, you contacted me on vacation that I clearly communicated I was on, asking when we were due back. Technically none of your business but Respectfully I answered. You had every opportunity to smooth the situation but chose to not take ownership of anything and shift blame at every opportunity. Still unclear why my son was released in the middle of the night 3am to be exact. I can only assume that this is the same lack or avoidance of communication we have endured the entire time.

    To Whom It May ********** paid $225 for a 7 week basketball program which should have 14 practices and 7 games in total according to the registration form. My son only had a chance to join the practices 2 times due to last minute cancellations which informed by the text messages from the business owner and the Coach ***********************. Since he could not set the schedule at all, there were only 2 kids at the first practice my son joined. We talked to *********************** about scheduling make up practices and rescheduling the games but he did not put any effort to schedule and blamed the other organizations, weather, the surface of the court etc.We finally asked for a refund on Sep.16 and ************ informed us on Oct.13 that we should receive a check for $125 on Oct.28 at the latest.We asked the explanation of being charges for $150 and have not received either the check or the explanation as of today.Consequently, we ended up paying $225 for 2 practices and we would like to file a claim against the organization for not keeping their promises, wasting my son's time and not processing the refund as they promised.Best Regard Serkan Genc

    Participate was signed up to playing on our summer league team, player signed up after two weeks after our start dated. Our coach's do understand the parents' feelings and concerns about the constellations of the 2 practices due to the weather. There has practiced with the team 3 times with the team, it was their decision to remove their son from the team was their choice but to say that he didn't get a chance to enjoy playing with team isn't when they choose to remove their son from the team, so they didn't give him a chance to play. The tournament that was cancelled wasn't my choice, the director didn't think the floor was safe for the teams to play on, and we practice and played that following weekend, the player has received the same services that all the players had received. so, to say that they didn't receive any service is not true. A refund for $125 was mailed the parents on October 29th.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is his second time to say that the check is in the mail. Since we live in the same county, I do not think it should take more than 3 days to receive it. It has been already 10 days and we have not received the check yet. On the other hand, we would like to know how he calculated the refund amount and came up with $125. We paid him $225 for 7 weeks ( 7 practices and 7 games ) and due to cancellations of practices and games, my son only had a chance to practice 2 times with the team and no games within 3 weeks. Since we have been charged $225 for 7 weeks, the deduction should be $65 at most. I would like him to explain the deduction as well.

    I am sorry, I just realized that I mistyped the amount that I paid to Tampa Bay Kings Basketball ( *********************** ) 

    We actually paid $275, not $225.

    I appreciate if you can change it in my complaint letter.
