    I submitted a request to cancel my membership at the Pampered Peach Wax Bar in Brandon on March 5, 2023 due to not receiving the full services booked an appointment for. On my first visit I asked for a full sugar wax but was only able to receive a sugar wax on certain areas. That was not indicated online and I was still being charged for a full sugar wax. On my second visit, I was unable to receive the sugar wax at all due to the company not having the supplies they needed in stock. In addition, I cancelled my membership due to not being fully satisfied with the state of the treatment areas. Despite my written request for my membership to be cancelled I was charged $47 on March 13, 2023. I repeatedly contacted the company and on March 23, 2023 I finally received an email confirming that my membership was cancelled. While I was unable to receive a refund, I was given a credit to my account with the promise that my credit would not expire. I booked another appointment for today, December 19, 2023 and upon arrival was now informed that I could not receive my full credit since the location is under new management. This is UNEXCEPTABLE and ROBBERY. I am requesting a refund of the full amount that I was charged for. I will NEVER return to this location again!
