      This business originally sold me 161MF - **** EMC 18TB 7200RPM Ise Near Line Sas-12gbps 512mb Buf for $95.89. They canceled my order without reason after I payed. I tried calling them but no one answered. After doing some research found they change the price to over $500 after they canceled my order. Buyers beware of this business!!!!

      In this case, we would like to clarify the situation:

      Pricing Issue: The item in question, the "***** * **** *** **** ******* *** **** **** ********** ***** *******" was listed at $95.89 due to an inadvertent pricing error. Upon realizing the mistake, we promptly canceled the order and refunded the customer to prevent any financial impact on them. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and sincerely apologize.



      Order Cancellation: While we make every effort to honor our listings, typographical errors can occasionally occur. Our terms and conditions, which are visible at the time of purchase, clearly state that orders may be canceled if a pricing error is identified.



      Customer Communication: We regret the customer was unable to reach us via phone. This was not intentional, and we are actively reviewing our communication processes to ensure better responsiveness moving forward. We encourage the customer to contact us again so we can address any lingering concerns.

      Price Adjustment: The updated price reflects the accurate market value of the product, which we communicated transparently after canceling the order. At no point was the customer charged the higher price or pressured into making another purchase.



      To resolve this matter amicably, we are willing to extend a goodwill gesture to the customer, such as a discount on a future purchase or assistance in finding an alternative product that meets their needs.
