    Our computer was dropped off for a diagnosis and repair in September 2023..we checked in several times over phone and in person to check on the computer and see if it was done. My wife paid up front for the diagnostic testing which i believe was $69.99....after calling several times and waiting nearly 6 months we find out that the manager...*****...had lost our computer. I personally talked to ***** about a month ago and he said he would look again for the computer and get back to me...i waited 2 weeks...i finally got ahold of him on March 21st, 2024 and he said he found it...i said great, dont do anything to it and set it aside and we would be in to pick it up in a few days...jump ahead to yesterday, April 1st, *************************** to get the computer..and now seems its lost again...my wife called me and told me about the issue..i called ***** and asked what was going on...2 weeks ago he told me personally that he had found it and now its gone again...he told me he was sorry and before 7pm yesterday evening i personally would receive a phone call from him with how he was going to fix this issue...i never got a call...this computer was a 2015 macbook pro with a !TB hard drive, DVD slot built in and cost us $1999.00...it was purchased from either HSN or QVC...we checked last evening with both of those companies and their records dont go back that far so i cant prove that part...***** also told my wife that he wasnt going to refund the money my wife paid up front either!...so now we are out of an expensive computer with alot of information, pictures and such that were saved on it..

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I talked to the owner last week and he said he was going to replace our computer that he said he lost..he has had this computer for over 6 months...during that time we contacted him on several occasions but the computer was never ready to be picked up.....anyway, today my wife drove by his business only to find it closed up, out of business!...he lied to us this entire time...we are out the ***** that he charged up front for a computer diagnostics and we are out our ******* computer as well!...is there anything we can do at this point??
