    I paid the $0.99 for the test and when I went to cancel the subscription all the links were dead. Now it charges me $14.99 a month and there is no way to contact the company or block the transaction. I just want a refund and not have any more charges from them

    I was charged for an initial $ .99 to take a test and was told a subscription would be charged after. My plan was to cancel but all links are dead and there is no way to contact anyone regarding canceling my my subscription. I want my money refund and subscription cancelled immediately!

    I signed up for $.99 test result and am trying to cancel immediately after, but none of the links work and there is no way to cancel. I do not want to get charged $14.99 a week for something I dont want.

    I went on the website and paid $1 to obtain test results for a one week subscription (which would increase your *****/month thereafter). Rather than incurring fees in a week, I Immediately tried to cancel subscription and they have a fake mailing address, physical address and a no reply email and the customer service button DOES NOT WORK. Ive spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription so I am not charged weekly or monthly.

    They did not disclose that a subscription was purchased. At no point did they say I would be charged $12.99/mo. Additionally, there is no way to contact the company (phone # is out of service and help links on website are inactive).

    There is no way to cancel my subscription. All of their customer service links dont go anywhere and wont open. It says my email doesnt exist as an account and theres no other options.

    I signed up for a limited trial. Received an email saying if I didnt cancel within a week, I would be charged weekly for the service. I went to go cancel, but the cancellation page does not exist. I am not able to cancel my subscription and will be trapped paying for this service I do not want

    I subscribed to see the results of the online test results, as it is the only way to get them. They dont have any working way to cancel your subscription, so it just keeps charging your account. I consider this stealing because they have no way for the customers to stop the service when wanted.

    Was charged $.50 to get my test results and went to cancel the "subscription" but it will not allow me. I got an email saying they were going to charge me $12.99 a week until I cancel. The link on the website to cancel the subscription does not work and the link to get access to the customer service does not work. EVERY OTHER LINK ON THEIR WEBSITE WORKS! ABSOLUTE SCAM! Extremely upset.
