    10/27/2022 - 11/20/2022 PAID $800 HE AGREED TO REDO MY MASTER SUITE INCLUDING:REMOVING & REPLACING A SHELF, **, MIRROR, CLOSET SHELVING, CEILING FAN AND LIGHT FISTURE PREPPING AND PAINTING ALL WALLS, DOORS (2) AND TRIM, FAN VENT COVER HE "OFFERED" TO CHANGE SWITCHES TO ROCKER STYLE AND TO HIDE THE ** CORDS IN THE ***** I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN CHANGING THE OUTLETS AND THAT IS THE ONLY ELECTRIC HE TOUCHED AND LEFT STICKING OUT OF THE ***** IM NOT EVEN SURE IF IT IS CONNECTED PROPERLY OR USEABLE.HE SHOWED UP WITH A HELPER ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WHO WORKED WHILE *** WAS IN AND OUT AND DIDN'T DO ANY WORK. THE HELPER HAD TO LEAVE AT 1 AND *** SAID HE WAS GOING TO COMPLETE THE CEILING FAN AND LIGHT FIXTURE THAT DAY AND THAT BOTH HE AND THE HELPER WOULD COME BACK TO COMPLETE THE *** THE SAME WEEK. HE SLIPPED OUT WITH THE HELPER WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. WHEN I REALIZED HE WAS GONE, I CALLED AND HE SAID HE WAS NOT COMING BACK AND NOT FINISHING THE ***. I TRIED CALLING HIM AGAIN AND TEXTING HIM TO TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND HE HAS NOT RESPONDED.THE WORK WAS NO WHERE NEAR COMPLETE OR LIVABLE AND HE LEFT THE ELECTRIC DANGEROUSLY INCOMPLETE AND AN OUTLET HANGING OUT OF THE *****I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF MY $800

    We advised this customer to be patient for their refund as the holiday season was coming up. Once I was able to get the $800 I gave her the refund early December. The delays to finish this job was due to the customer changing their mind on the work or adding things she wanted done while we were there doing it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    He is just covering his ***.  He is a liar and a snake which was proven by the many responses on social media from others that he has done similar to. He DID refund my money but I whole heartedly believe it was due to my unrelenting work on letting the community know what kind of person he is.  I also believe that he is taking on jobs that he is not qualified, certified and or licensed to complete.  As for me, I'm glad I got my money back and hope that no one else is taken advantage of again by him.
