    ******* from Chief Home Inspections was amazingly knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. He is a true professional. He answered all of our questions with patience and a high level of knowledge. We received the inspection report the very next day. I highly recommend him. You will be sure to find out all of the nuances concerning your property!

    Chief Home Inspections was professional, informative, and incredibly thorough. I cannot say enough amazing things about his work. We are first time home owners that felt overwhelmed by the homeownership process. We felt that every crevasse in our home was inspected to ensure there were not outstanding safety issues. The company was both prepared and polite. Our inspector even changed from outdoor shoes to indoor shoes when inspecting the inside of our home. I will recommend Chief Home Inspections to anyone I know.

    Excellent service!I found Chief Home Inspections on the BBB's website. ******* promptly returned my call, and we scheduled the appointment.At the time of service, ******* was on time, professional, and went to work right away with all the tools he needed on his belt. He was very third in conducting the house inspection in and out, up and down. He took hours to ensure he looked at everything: the roof, the walls, cabinets, foundation, etc., all the exterior and interior of the house. At the end of his inspection, he pointed out issues I should be aware of before sending me the reports. ******* provided the report within 24 hours, as he said. The report was very detailed, pointing out the issues found, and in another report, he pointed out why it passed the inspection.*******'s commitment to customer service was evident even after the inspection was complete. He was always available to answer any questions I had after receiving the report, which was greatly appreciated. Great job *******! ?? Thank You *******!

    Chief Home Inspections did a great job on my home inspection. The inspector was efficient, thorough and professional. I received separate wind mitigation, 4-point inspection and home inspection reports. I would recommend Chief Home Inspections and will use them again if I buy another home in the area.

    I was looking for an inspector to address some concerns I had at my home. I chose *************** based on his BBB ratings and accreditation. I had a full page of questions/concerns I wanted him to inspect. We walked the property together as he pointed out things of concern and explained how I could fix them. **************** was very patient with me, answered every question I had, gave me suggestions on things I could improve, and he put my mind at ease. I received a detailed report the same evening. He is a very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly man that I would most certainly recommend to anyone looking for someone to inspect their home.

    I am rarely impressed by anything, and my fiancé much less. But the thoroughness and attention to detail that Richard demonstrated was a really amazing. It was a relief to have someone of this caliber inspecting our future home. He was on time, began his work right away, communicated effectively as to what he was inspecting, and reports were emailed right away. My fiancé even gave a nod of approval! Thanks again Richard!
