    I live in an apartment complex where they come weekly to cut the grass . The last time they came to cut the grass I informed them that their mowers threw a rock to my back car window ,shattering it . The owner took responsibility of this and said ," It happens" and for me to get a quote . I called around and got a quote for this damage and the owner of this business now refuses to correct the damage. When I contacted him again he refuses to reply to my messages . Then the next time they came to cut the grass they weed eat my flower down from the side of my house. They didn't wack down anyone else's plants or flowers ,only mine. This was clearly done for spite ! All I want is for them to take responsibility for the damage and fix it. I am elderly and on a fixed income He told me there was no proof that the mowers broke the window , however they were there mowing at the time it shattered in my driveway and it's well known that they drive those mowers across the pavement kicking up rocks because they leave the blades down instead of raising them up .All I've asked for is the decency to fix the damage caused by your boys that threw the rock to the window.
