    0n 3/12 placed order on line, but sent email half hr. Later to cancel. Item sent anyway. Upon receipt, sent email asking info to return. No response. Three more requests..all ************* requesting return sent3/12, 3/19/ 3/20 3/21. Again ignored. When I threatened BBB they requested a Copt of the mailing label..sent three times ..they deny receipt and when I attempted to email for the fourth time it returned as invalid address.I need a return address/ shipping label so I can return for refund ( as stated on their website). I am77 yo living on Social security..I CANNOT AFORD TO BE CHEATED.

    I purchased a x8 pro smart watch and it arrived last Monday. this Monday it stopped working.I did make sure the battery was charged and tried several time to turn the watch on and it would just shut off.So today I reached out to the company tech globe and made 2 attempts to send a email to the information they provided and both times the email was returned mailer-daemon@bbtpnj33z undeliverable.I than called 3 times to get disconnected each time, so I am reaching out to BBB for help.***

    The customer can reach out to us via our support email, ********************************** and once he identifies the issue he has with the product, we will provide him with an immediate solution to any issue he has with the product, whether he wants a replacement watch or a full refund, which we will do once he returns the item he received using the free prepaid shipping label we send to his email address, as stated clearly on our return and refund policy linked below.
