    We rent from Tricon and it is very evident by reviews high low plumbing does not value renters from Tricon. We had an appt on Friday for high low to come to our house to pump out the drainfield due to our shower filling up with fecal matter and having problems with the septic. My husband called and spoke with someone three times regarding details and confirming the appt. During the third call the receptionist stated the plumber was calling and she would call back. Needless to say that never happened. After several unanswered calls and messages we came home tonight to a flooded bathroom after our shower & toilet over filled. Please do your research, read the reviews and choose someone else so you don’t come home to a house smelling like poop.
