    Business Response

We have been nothing but kind to ************* going above and beyond for her but now I am at my **** end and this reply will reflect as such. I have attached the permit from Hillsborough County for the system installation as well as the final inspection from the county and an example of our current system installation contract.

Per the permit we were only required to install a 900Gal septic tank and 200sqft of drainfield. Instead, as the final inspection shows we kindly installed a larger 1090Gal tank and much larger 360sqft of drainfield-the maximum amount of drainfield that is able to fit at ***************** property. **********'s are designed to handle a certain amount of flow per day and according to ***************** water bill she has far exceeded that flow which is now resulting in drainfield failure. Additionally, ***************** son installed a fence over a portion of the drainfield which in itself can cause drainfield issues.

The contract ************* signed of her own free will made no mention of a warranty nor was one ever implied. However, as I explained to ************* even if we did apply our current warranty which I have attached to this reply, per the terms it would be voided due to the installation of a fence over a portion of the system as well as exceeding the systems usage capacity by using too much water and causing the drainfield to fail.

Not that it matters as it would not make a difference, but I do think it is worth noting; ************* has been deceptive about the amount of people in the home. Even as recently as a couple weeks ago she told me herself on the phone that she didn't understand why her water bill was so high when only THREE people lived in the home. I advised she may have a plumbing leak from inside of the home that she should look into if that was the case. The following day a woman called me from ***************** cell number sounding just like ************* but claiming to be a neighbor helping her out. During the conversation the "neighbor" told me a different number of people occupied the home to which I explained I was just told differently the day before by **************

************* has also told me that she had a quote to hook up to the city sewer. I explained to her that unless she is able to drastically reduce the water usage that city sewer is her best and only option as any drainfields installed will continue to fail.

In any case, ************* will not be pursuing legal action as no lawyer will take her case because she doesn't have one.
