      I booked my step sons birthday party for March 11th 2023, gave a deposit of $75 which was never told to me it was nonrefundable nor does their website say anything anywhere about a deposit period. Unfortunately, the day before everyone cancelled on us and we were not able to reschedule. You are required 9 guests or they hold you to pay for guests that are not there. When I called to inform that we had no guests as they cancelled on us last minute, and would like our $75 deposit back the girl was rude and said no our manager doesn't allow that. I signed no paperwork informing me of anything. They have since refused to refund us. This is not ok as $75 is alot of money in today's world. They have no policy in writing on their website and do not inform you of not getting it back if you have no guests. It is absolutely ridiculous hiw they run this place and treat customers.
