On 9/4/23 I took my ******* 550 generator to Toms small engine repair for corporator Problems. *** charged me $23 for a rebuilt carburetor and required a deposit. Once the deposit was paid, *** called me back and said that the carburetor could not be replaced and he had to order a new carburetor which would be for 35 more dollars, I gave *** an additional $35 for the new carburetor on November 14. I believe *** called me and said that once he got up he would work on my carburetor and it would be ready by 3 oclock. Went to Toms house at 3 oclock to get the generator and his truck was in the yard. He didnt answer the door nor did he answer the phone . Long story ****************** did not return my carbureted to me. This was the third attempt of me trying to get my generator from ***. There were two other occasions that *** called me and said the generator would be ready and on each occasion he never answered the door or his phone once I went to the property long story ***************** was upset that I came to his house and knocked on the door several times to which he didnt answer and told me now I would have to pay $100 and he was going to charge me eight dollars per day for Storage since the carburetor was ready . Well when I went to Toms house I saw Im sorry its not a cooperated. Its a generator when I went to Toms house. I took a picture of the generator and the yard behind the lock fence, and the generator copper was not put on, so I have a problem with ***, returning my merchandise to me and overcharging me now because hes upset. All I want is my generator return. Dont care whether its fixed or not I want my generator back I would like your assistance and notifying other people who have problems with *** and situations like mine.
