  I would give 0 stars if I could. Please, if you love yourself at all, do NOT have any procedures done at this spa. Remember, it's a SPA, not a *************** Medical Spas don't follow the same requirements. The quoted price may be ok, but the cost of your possible scarred physical and emotional self isn't worth the seemingly lower cost. This was the worst thing that has ever happened to my body. During the first interview with Dr. ** **** about the 360 Lipo procedure, she would not even look at my body to see what needed to be done. She said she knew what she had to do, then tried to upsell other products/procedures as well as the 360 Lipo. Hind site...HUGE RED FLAG! I had the 360 Lipo done and she did not lipo areas that were supposed to be done, that I paid for. When it was pointed out after the 360 lipo was 'done', she denied not doing those areas and said it was just skin, not fat. WRONG. I know my body...it was/is fat. At first, she took absolutely no responsibility and continued to try and sell other products and procedures done in this spa. After continuing to ask, she said she would go back and do the areas but the cost was almost as much as the 360 Lipo, three times what she initially said...for small areas that SHE did not lipo. The front staff was nice, her husband, the manager, was unprofessional. Only met the nurse a couple of times. The massages offered by ****** made my body worse. Once she even applied something called stem cells to my abdomen, (my abdomen was in such bad shape post procedure), which I didn't give the ok for. There's so much more I could say, but I'll end with this... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this place. Go to a reputable doctor with a professional management team, not this 'fly by night' spa. Please don't put yourself through what I've gone through. I am scarred physically and mentally for the rest of my life, don't let this happen to you.

  beware worst experience with beyondbela- several burns, health issues, and no accountability. on 02/10/2023 i had a lipo 360 at beyondbela Aesthetic & wellness performed by Dr. Dimara ****, and it has been the worst decision of my life. instead of improving my body, i was left with severe burns on my back and stomach which caused me unbearable pain and long term health issues. since the procedure i have been sick , and doctors can’t pinpoint what is wrong. my body has never felt the same and the mental and emotional toll has been devastating. i trusted this place with my health and they completely failed me. Monica provided me with over 20 massages at 85.00 each and it only made things worst. they took my money, caused irreversible harm and never once took responsibility. if you are considering any procedure here DON’T DO IT. learn from my mistake- go somewhere reputable with real medical oversight and proper after care. no one deserves to go through this what I have.

  Warning, you must prepay for services and cannot get your money back if canceled. I paid for melasma treatment to be in 4 visits. Was not told that after treatment melasma comes back. Canceled my futer appointments and asked manager to refund last 3 visits. He said they have a policy not to refund what I'd prepaid. I was given no receipt or copy of this policy. I am now forced to dispute the charge on my credit card. Also be prepared to wait an hour or more to be seen. Front desk is more interested in communicating in Spanish to Spanish speaking clients than checking you in. While Dr Vega was pleasant enough she was more interested in up selling a service I did not need than just addressing the problem I came in with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
