    Hello I am.******************************* auto bay the manger an the guy who wrote this car loan up.is a completely fraud business ************************* purchased a ******* from them.i was going to cosign once they received my information they ask ************************* if asked 2 tell the loan company credit Acceptance she put down **** when in reality she only put down ******************************************************** I ask the manger to remove my personal iinformation from this car loan he said they would not use my info I ask are you sure he said ok I was shock they let her still get the car I learn 2 weeks later by mail my ss an personal info was use this was not suppose to happen this was fraud I called an spoke with the manger on the phone an he lied all because he had received **** from ******************* an she had the car I don't uds why my name was put on a car loan without my knowledge this is wrong an I have file a ID theft an police report against them!

    Hi, Thanks for submitting the complain and after further investigation into it, the customer has no merit and the complain is full of false accusation . We have documents and other evidence such as videos prove that both of the signer and the cosigner agrees on every single paper has been signed on. It worth to mention that customer visited the car dealer ship after the purchase several times and she never raised any of these accusations. The signer and the co-singer signed wet and e-signature on more than 20 documents explaining everything about the loan. Also the customer did the same complain with the finance company and the finance company requested evidence that the customer signed and after providing the proofs (documents and videos) they determine that her claim has no merit. We are willing to provide any documents to law enforcement if requested.

    I purchase a vehicle from this dealership when I noticed problems with the vehicle they told me they would fix the issue free of charge because I was within my 30 days. But when the same issue kept occurring. I took it up there and they told me it was another thing. They told me they would order the part and they would call me when the part came in. I called two weeks later they said it wasnt there yet. I called today which is one month from the Time we had the original conversation and they told me they no longer have a mechanic and told me to fix the issue myself. I came into the dealership to get a better explanation as to what went wrong and they called the police on me when I kept explaining the situation and my frustration. They said its as it but they never told me that when I got the car. But then told me they would fix it.

    After investigating further into the complain and that incident the following has been concluded:
    1- The Vehicle has been test drove by the customer on the day of the purchase and there were no complains about it as stated.
    2- According to the signed contract between all parties, the vehicle is sold AS-IS and the extended warranties contracts can always be purchased upon the customer request on the day of the purchase.
    3- Any repair work occurred after the day of the purchase is totally a complimentary work from the management team to the customer as to build a good relationship with our customers but it is not obligatory work.
    4- No repair work is free of charge in the first 30 days ''as the customer claims'' if there is no warranty has been purchased.
