    In November of 2022 I entered into a Contract with Auto Transport on Demand, ************************, to Ship my sons car from ********,********** to ************, **. for a contracted fee of *******, and a ****** deposit was paid to Auto Transport on demand and ****** was to be paid to the driver upon delivery of the car. I was assured that it would be a seamless process and I was assured 100% Satisfaction.The driver did not show on the original pick up date and then was told he was not able to get his truck repaired and it was going to be 2 more days. When the driver arrived and picked up the car I received a new contract for the new driver from Auto Transport on Demand stating I now owed the new driver 1****** instead of ****** which i was not aware of, and an increase that i never approved. It was too late to stop the process as the car had already been picked up. At that point I did speak with ************************ of Auto Transport on Demand and was originally told it was a mix up with their people who set up the drivers and he would try and take care of it. Just prior to car arriving I was told i should just pay the driver the 1****** and he would work to get my money reimburse. I have since been told his company does not want to repay me and that he would pay me ****** out of his pocket, splitting the cost. To this date, over 3 months later no attempt has been made to repay me.My car also had over ******* worth of damage/scratches/strap damage and appears I have no ability to reclaim.

    As the new manager I would like to make up for the this in any way I can.
    I can offer you a free booking fee for the next vehicle transport services you may require in the future.

    On 12/21/23 I paid $207 deposit of $1000 fee for my car to be picked up Dec 30, 2022 in Athens, ** and shipped to *************, ***. My car was not picked up on the date promised. I found another way to get my car down since I still did not have my car on January 5, 2023, one week after I arrived in *******. After speaking to an employee ****, I no longer trusted this company because there were too many excuses given as to why my car hadn't been picked up and they were not committing to another date. I was told by ******* the office manager that I would be getting a refund but **** said it wasn't guaranteed since I changed my mind because I found a cheaper transfer. Their company did not deliver on their services or commit to a different date. They are no longer responding to my texts or answering my calls.
