    The original purchase occurred on July 17, 2023. HOWEVER, what I purchased was a plant that didnt reveal the colour of its bloom until June 2023. I specifically purchased a rare blue plumeria, received a common pale pink plumeria. After many email exchanges becoming more and belligerent, it became clear that this is a regular practice there. This business owner has absolutely no problem misrepresenting his product and added insult to injury when I called him on it. I would like the opportunity to send you the email trail, it is unbelievable.

    Received my two cuttings today (finally). Wow, these cuttings were just shoved in a brown paper bag and mailed to me, no instructions, no identification, no invoice, nothing. The cuttings are thin and shriveled and look like they were ripped from a tree. I know about plumerias and supposed to have a nice clean cut, not these. I have no idea which cutting is which color (or if they even are what I ordered). These people should not be in business. I paid over $50 and feel like I have been ripped off. I had sent at least 4 messages asking when they were shipping, no response whatsoever. Very upsetting. I hate being ripped off.

    Approximately $300 total spent in 3 orders of Plumeria clippings in 2019-2020. I have only had one flower so far but it is the opposite of what color it is supposed to be. Most of the clippings they sent me were dehydrated and died. I have tried to contact Plumeria Plus several times over the past year with no success. I wish I had checked here prior to making any purchases with them. I can't believe they have been scamming people for so long and no one has shut them down. I would like to find other customers to see if they would like to join me in a class action lawsuit against Plumeria Plus to try and get them shut down!

    I really wish I would have checked them out before purchasing from PlumeriaPlus.com. I would like to share with all you Plumaria lovers and collectors my experience purchasing online from this place. On July 4 I was looking at plumerias on line and I seen these absolutely beautiful plumarius, I did not know they were photo shopped and not real. I just had to have them, I received an email thanking me for my business and that they would send me a tracking number when my items had shipped, 2 weeks later I still had not received a tracking number, I sent them an email asking if they could please send me a tracking number if my purchase had shipped, two days past I still had not heard from them, again I send them another email still don't hear from them, I sent them a third email with no answer. I start looking on the Internet to maybe find a phone number for PlumariaPlus l find a number for Exotic plumarius I called them to see if they had heard of them, or maybe if they knew how I could contact them because they were in the ***** area, the lady I spoke with told me please beware of them and to read about them on Better Business Bureau along with other negative things I won't go into. I was shocked I wish I would have checked this out before purchasing. I got in touch with Pay Pal and the next day I get a tracking number from PlumariaPlus, 3 days later my package arrived. I'm not exactly sure what they are, I do know they are not Plumerias they have the smell of pine I'm thinking they come from a pine tree. I am so thankful I used Pay Pal they are taking care of it. Please be aware of these people do not purchase from them. With all of these negative complaints I don't understand why someone doesn't step in and do something about them. Doing more research I found they are no longer in business but they still kept the website I did report them to the *** they are charging tax on scamming people, they may not be paying taxes on it.
