      Do not have First Class and its subcontractors install floors. We did, spent $19,000 with them, and have been mad ever since. Our main living area has soft spots all over our main walkway. They were out twice to repair with self leveler but now wont return our calls or texts. The entire kitchen process was awful, but the floors are unlivable. Its only been ten months of having the floors and we have quotes for almost $4,000 to fix what they did terribly.Save yourself from headaches, awful communication, awful experience, and BOOK WITH A BETTER CONTRACTOR.

      The owner came out for the initial estimate when I stated my goal of getting more accessibility to cabinetry. He sent drawings that showed the layout but not the interiors which I approved and made the appointment to go to the showroom to choose style, knobs and backsplash. The contract stated I would be responsible for paying the plumber, granite company, and electrician directly to which I agreed. I was called out of state for a family emergency that lasted 6 weeks. The owner agreed to commence the work while I was out of state since my son-in-law would be at my residence. The work took 7 weeks to complete; the work ethic and finish work was far less than I expected. The bookcase I had under the bar was removed without my consent although the cabinet company made another one and installed it. The granite company referred by the cabinet company did not follow the drawing and installed a countertop bar 4" narrower than it should have been which can no longer be used for additional seating. The plumber did not leave stoppers for the sinks and the electrician did not get the GFI outlet connected correctly. The result is I have a kitchen that looks nice and basically functions well but has less seating room and some additional costs, thus cannot recommend them.
