    On Aug 23, 2024 I entered into a contract with Top Gunn Consultants to do some work in my bathroom for my handicapped friend. I also am handicapped. They required ******* payment which I gave them a personal check to cover. To this date the contracted work has never been done and after multiple attempts at getting a refund I was told by text message "good luck getting your deposit back."

    I hired this company in May 2023 for a new kitchen with a price of $25,000.00. half paid in advance ***** when installing the kitchen and ***** when everything is finished backsplash and countertop.The tile is installed very badly, they found the excuse that it is made of ***** therefore spacers cannot be used. When I ordered it my sales lady recommended this Tiles without giving details about it.Today I called the company that salles this tiles and they told me that they can use specers ramen at the choice of the person who installs it I asked to redo the places that are not in order I was told that they were redone and all is ok.Myself I saw that the final apparence is the same.To my question if he thinks it's ok, there is his answer:" I dont think its done properly I know it is".When I said that I don't think the same he answered me like this:"Ok here is where Im at with this whole situation. There is nothing I can tell you or say to you that will make you happy. If you dont want to pay the last payment that is fine. I will file a lien on your house on Tuesday. "To this I answered:"Here is not about tha payment is about I want to have all perfect and want to be satisfied ." he didn't answer.I never said that I don't want to pay, but I want to be satisfied with a kitchen that was already very expensive It is not only about the tiles but also about the countertop that in few places is cracked. To this his answer: "I will have ******************** come back out and look at them. With granite you do get imperfections but you shouldnt worry about it because in the unlikely event they are defective, you have warranties that cover everything. I personally dont think it is a warranty issue but Ill have them check. "Please contact me urgently today, he wants to put a lien on the house, even though I didn't tell him that I don't want to pay My phone #********** email : ******************
