    On 8/17/24 went to rent a brush cutter after driving 45 minutes, was told at the store that the machine wasnt working. After leaving the manager a message about I better get a call back they manger called backed apologized and told us we can have it next weekend for 50% off. After listening to my message the manager called back and stated now they dont want to rent the machine to us due to my message, Then manager didnt not listen to why I was upset I had to drive 45 minutes, plus get a trailer and help to get the **** cutter all to be told its not working after calling me on 8/12/24 to confirm I wanted the **** cutter on 8/17/24.

    It is true the customer came to our store on 8/17/24 to rent a brush cutter they reserved to rent that day, the machine was not running properly, and they were unable to pick it up.  After she cussed out three employees using profanity like MOTHER F- - - - -.  And pieces of S- - -.  A manager called her multiple times trying to apologize and come to some resolution that would make her happy.  After hours her husband called back and couldn't have been nicer.  The manger offered them 50% off the rental in the future to offer something for their inconvenience.  I the owner (***********************) not a manager returned her call only because her message on my voicemail said I better call her back or she will be doing much more to get my attention.  During the phone call she told me how terrible my business was and how I would be doing things different in the future. The moment I told her we were doing the best we could to accommodate her, she began using words like Mother FUC- - -, son of B----.  *** told me that she was going to write the nastiest MOTHER F------ review you ever seen.  I can't image this is her first time trying to belittle someone else for her ill actions.  I explained to her she would not be picking up any machine to rent from us and I would not allow them to ever do business at my store again.  I would not allow anyone to speak to me or any of my employees that way.  Her husband then returned and phone call to our store and told a female employee that he would come up here to our store and kick everyone's A-- that even speaks badly to his wife on the phone or in person.  No matter what happens neither of these customers are welcome at my store ever.
