      Good morning hi my name is ******************* writing to let you know what been going on I been in wheelchair for 6 months n was in ****** day ago but as yesterday my condition get worse my legs were going numb so I repeat told doc but satica nerve I need mri from the fall of last month when wheelchair did a flip on me n hit the title floor my doc refused to listen to me I been asking for ****** with ********** celbrex the doc said they would put it in well the doc been saying that for some time plz I would appreciate if you could help me with this matter to get the meds n the medical equipment for my health plz thank you
