    I’m in agreement with the other customer. This company is very unprofessional. Will not return phone calls and emails or respond to your inquiry on their website. I’ve made numerous attempts to resolve my issue with Stonecrest Curbing to no avail. If you do get a hold of Mike who’s supposed to be the owner or Steve Prescott his contracting person neither one will provide a definitive answer or respond according as to when they can come out or when they can resolve your issue and they are deflecting. I am so dissatisfied with this company I would not suggest anyone doing business with them at all. I’m still waiting to hear back and or find resolution to my problem since it was installed back in May 2024. I suggest not doing business with this company at all!!!!

    When installation was happening, the man on-scene in charge was trying everything in his power to dissuade me into doing what I had been promised by the owner that would happen. He complained almost the entire time he was here. He kept blaming the owners wife because shes the one that came out and took measurements and whatever, to determine a price. On the day of install, it rained & part of the curbing washed away, as well as some of the coloring. The installation was wavy & very unprofessional. I asked him why it was wavy and crooked and he blamed it on the ground and landscape. Isn't that part of the prep work that should have been leveled out before they poured the concrete? They sprayed part of the dark paint on my blue ***************** Excess concrete was left around the inside edges of the curbing. They bent our gutter up & left it. (Later they came out and bent it back, and according to my husband it now has to be replaced). They said they sealed it, but the paint and concrete continues to wash away. The paint job was only on top of the curbing & not completely on the sides. After I complained, the owner & the same crew came out and dug up the curbing around the mailbox & replaced it, as well as some of the curbing by the door, but the entire project still looks awful. I decided to hire this company over 2 other estimates I had gotten, (even though this company was more expensive) because the owner said they would seal it. Judging by the amount of dissolved concrete, I doubt that was done! I complained about all this at a later date by email and that's been several months ago. I'm still waiting on him to respond to my email. I have since had someone else look at me and they were almost as disgusted as we are because of the shoddy job that was done!
