      Roof was installed brand new for ********* roughly 15 Years ago was told it was a 20 year roof ************************* came out provided estimate installation was done. *************************. Picked up the payment. Later on down the road we two leaks. The company repaired one leak. The company has been out to repair the other leak over 12 plus visits. We are always told that it will not leak. Two contractors fro Fosters came out the same guys and three weeks ago. Told us that it will not leak. We had rain this weekend and the roof is still leaking through the sheet rock ceiling. I have called *************** and texted a number of times. Left messages at his office. No return calls from anyone. At ************** Roofing. This has been going on fro too long. *************** tries to tell us that the company was his brother's company and he had passed away and he is not responsible for the repair. Even though *************** was the representative from that provided the Quote for the roof and picked up the payment for the roof. My wife and I just want the leak repaired so we can repair the sheet rock ceiling.

      *********************** had his roof done by ******** Roofing **** (CCC1327265) which closed at the end of 2015 due to the death of the owner/license holder. I have attached the public information that I found through the Hernando County Building Department's website to this response. It shows that date, cost of replacement, scope of work, and the workmanship warranty information that was on the original contract. The workmanship warranty was for 5 years according to paperwork. 

      Unfortunately, we had gone out the same day that we received a copy of this complaint to try and assist *********************** with his roof issues. Had we seen this prior to going out, we would have not moved forward with assisting any further. At this point ********************* (who he has been speaking to) has been nothing but helpful in trying to resolve his issues on a roof that was not originally ours, He has never been charged by ******** Roofing Enterprises for any of the work/inspections that have been done. **** offered to provide him an estimate to do more intrusive repairs to help resolve the leak and he feels that he shouldn't have to pay for any work. 

      Since we were not the original installer, there is little more that we can provide on the details of the replacement back in 2011.

      In September 2022 I had just completed two re-roofings with ******** roofing enterprises and was discussing fixing under panel, side panel and soffit/ fascia at one of the homes. I agreed to have him do the work at ********************************************************** October 11th 2022 he said he was completed with the work. My brother was staying at the home, sent me pictures and said the work was done very poorly. I could see in the pictures the siding was wavy, rippled and some pieces had gaps and did not fit properly.I told *** who was my contact for this job that I wanted to talk to him personally about it. I met with him on that next weekend. He said the job was done perfectly even though I pointed out all the waviness and ripples, problems at each nail insertion that was creating ripples. He said it looks better than what it did before when I had rotted wood. He said that's what it looks like because it's aluminum it is going to be wavy and rippled. I said I do not see any of these other houses that are much older have this same problem. He said I should put gutters on so I do not see the flaws. He told me I have the receipt I need to make the payment. I told him I was not going to make the payment until I spoke with the owner and you fix the problem areas. He told me his project manager will look at the job and get back to me. They are not willing to replace all the problem areas. He said he replaced one area but it looks even worse now, like they just tried to push the siding inward.I want the job redone properly.When you look at the home from the road you can notice right away that it looks horrible.
