    Very unhappy. We bought over 6 thousand dollars of Pro Vista sod in late April. We did everything we were supposed to do. We prepped the grass properly, we worked with water conservation to make sure we watered properly. Our first water bill was over 1k. We have had nothing but problems with this grass once it was laid. If I could attach photos of all the dead areas, I would. We called in professionals to help but it's at the point where we need to replace most of it. It now has some kind of fungus and it's spreading fast. It's sad that you don't know you are stuck with crappy sod until weeks after its laid. I wish they would give you a time frame and if the *** doesn't take then the company will work with you to help fix the problem. I tried calling a few times, but I could never reach anyone. Anyway, this is why I would not recommend Eddies *** to anyone.

    Lazy and poor customer service. I called this business over a two week period and told them I would buy two pallets of sod. The first time they finally returned my call after two days. They did not have the sod I wanted but stated they would call when it came in. One week passed and I called them again. They had the sod but they said it was no good. They stated they would call when their next shipment would come in and promised to call me the following Monday regardless. Monday came and went so two days later, I called. In every instance they did not remember my name or number despite leaving it at least three times. Don't know if the old lady answering the phone is senile or just indifferent. The last attempt they said they had the sod and they would call me the day before to let us know when they would deliver. They took my address and phone number. That day came and went so I called them again. Guess what? They did not remember me and said they would have another shipment. I told them they had a crappy business and treat veterans like crap. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
