    Beware of this IT service provider preying on business owners. We have found 6 different bots on our computers / systems and have been told by new IT service provider that it is stuff they see on the dark web / ransomware and it is illegal. We are a medical practice and they are holding our emails and administrative passwords to our server hostage for ****** * *********. Our sick patients use the email as a first line of contact and we have been out of contact since they "suspended" our emails. We are getting this months (1) invoice sent almost daily with made-up added charges on it which have now over double the invoice in 9 days. We are no longer using their services / and they are trying to extort money from the practice. We own all our own equipment that needs admin password entry and they have changed it all in the hopes of a cash grab. This is due to us having to let them go at our provider because of a threatening email that was sent to our office manager by the owner making her feel unsafe. Beware!
