    To install Plantation Shutters on 3 windows and 1 patio door.
    Nature of dispute is the Patio door was measured wrong and installed wrong.
    Owner came to the house one time and an installer on several occasions to correct the problem but was unwilling to admit the door was measured wrong.
    I have a similar door that was installed several years ago by a different company so the salesperson could look at exactly what I wanted installed before I signed the invoice. When the owner came to the house I showed him the door and how I wanted it installed. He sent an installer to correct the problem several times to install a new trellis but the door (when closed and how I wanted it installed) has an approximate 2 inch gap, SHORT I have sent text on two occasions to owner and allowed enough time for a response. NO RESPONSE.

    Hello, we have been to her house twice to explain this job was measured and installed correctly and she wants us to do the impossible after we have explained to her she seems to  understand and once we leave shes texting us on a sunday about 6 times..this job is complete and correct
