    ***** at Sprinkler Parts Wholesale was really nasty to deal with. I bought two flow meters via Amazon and twice I was sent used parts and not a new item. ***** proceeded to insult me in the emails. Life is too short to deal with someone who's nasty with you after you spent $130+ on something that's supposed to be new, but wasn't.I really don't care if the Amazon warehouse did it. Sprinkler Parts Wholesale still has a choice as to how they sell their merchandise and how they speak with customers. They accused me of lying about calling ******, which I absolutely did. ****** told me my item wasn't new after I described what it looked like.SPW can blame Amazon all they want, but likely they have a choice to tell Amazon not to sell returns and they can probably unload them on **** as used instead of dumping venom on innocent customers.Doing business with SPW was not only a waste of time, but I feel dirty after my exchanges with ***** that I need to go take a shower to clean off.
