    On March 16th I was contacted by the company to help me sell my timeshare. Was told by **** ********** that it was a perfect time as Corporations are looking to buy. Signed the contract and paid the fee. I was contacted by Neil the following week and was told that there was a lot of traction and there was interest in my property. I then heard nothing. I called to follow up in June and Neil assured me that they were finishing up and someone would be reaching out to complete the paperwork. I heard nothing and reached back out in August at which time someone else returned my call telling me that they had no traction on the corporate side and I would have to pay another $3,000 to list on the private sector since I did not select that the first time. ( I was not given a choice). I was also told that we needed to drop the price and i was asked how much i wanted for it at which point i said i would give it to someone. I do not want any money for the time share. This company has been zero help. I would like a refund or my timeshare gone.

    Client signed up for marketing and advertising on their *** ***** ***** on 3/16/23 for a 90 day agreement. Client was sent a DocuSign agreement and gave us permission to market and advertise and we sent them their advertisement via email link being " *************************************************** " Client was in constant contact with their representative for not only the original 90 day period, but also there after leading up to the last few weeks, with no response from client. We continued to market and advertise their *** ***** ***** outside of their original agreement of 90 days. After we were continuing marketing outside of their agreement, another associate reached out on 8/24/2023 for an additional marketing service to help with their property, which was completely voluntary, and client had us send out the other agreement but did not sign the paperwork and did not answer our calls. I spoke with client yesterday 10/5/2023 and asked how we could resolve this and their response was they wanted us to "take over" or "buy" her timeshare. Our services can not support purchasing timeshare, only marketing to prospective clients. I additionally tried reaching out to offer a partial refund of 25% since our cancellation period in the agreement is 10 days and offered her the additional services for our publication at no additional charge and client refuses. As of 6/16/2023 Client was out of contract and we were still providing 100% customer service upwards to today. I tried reaching out to client again today at 10:50am and I left a voicemail asking her to reach back out and I still have not heard a response. I have also attached a copy of clients original signed agreement along with providing the link to the advertisement featured on our website.

    Spoke with ****** TODAY 10/9/23 and was offered a 25% refund and continued marketing to which I agreed.  The business notes state that I was offered this last week and refused which is not accurate.

    This business verbally promises that they will sell your timeshare within 90 days. They will call you periodically telling you that it's going to sell, but then it never does.
