The oner told me I would get a refund from the electric company when I purchased the window tint to lower my electric bill. I should of followed up before moving forward but I did not and took him at his word. When I found out that I would not get the refund i contact him. He said to make it right he would reimburse me $250.00. As of this date I have not received this reimbursement. I have since moved and perhaps he has the incorrect address. I did reach out and did not get a response.

I have SCOURED my records for a ****** ******* ******* ** ******* *** * ************** and scoured my records for any accounts done ON or around Halloween.  (10/31/2022.)

Nothing..  Firstly, nothing was done automotive for the month of October AT ALL, since our company has gone to exclusively commercial/residential.  Attached is our calendar view for that period as well as a search of this name and phone number.

All appointments made by my company are sent via email and confirmed.  As are financials and such.  Do they have record of the purchase?  What name, what phone number and WHAT MONTH was it done?

Subject: Re: Better Business Bureau Complaint

Client brought in a vehicle to have window tint put on.  Had existing tint on the vehicle and chose to have a layer of OUR film put over his existing film..  Therefore, we imply ZERO warranty here.

Now..  The film on the window, his OLD film, is beginning to delaminate.  This is NOT an issue with our product.

I have, as a courtesy done what I can to assist, but this was a COURTESY, not an obligation.

In a nutshell, old film failing.  My film is not.

Took it to a professional shop left them to make the decision to take the old tint to off or leave on they suggest to leave on never said it would void my warranty or I would have took it off
