      Green Procedures was mowing the lawn at the Catholic Diocese on Garden Street and I was attending funeral services at St Stephen Roman Catholic Church. Their mower threw a rock that hit my passanger window breaking it. I contacted Mr. Steve ***** and he told me to have it fixed and send him the receipt and he would pay me. I have contacted in on several occasions and he tells me he would bring me a check. As of today October 30, 2023 no payment.

      We have been traveling out of the country. Yes, one of our crews did hit a window and yes we did tell him we would take care of this as we always do when accidents happen. However, Steve did forget to let me know to send the check before we left the country. We will be back in town on Wednesday and have contacted him to let him know we will bring the check for repairs at that time.

      I am rejecting this response because Mr. ***** brought a check to me for $510.63 for the broken window. He did not pay the $106.43 for the window tinting to also be replaced. It would look a little odd to be riding around with three windows tinted. I sent him the two invoices.

      I did not receive a tinting window invoice. All I received was from Lloyds Glass for the replacement. We will be happy to pay for the tinting too, obviously. I will need him to send that invoice to my email, [email protected]. We’ve been in business over 37 years and this is the first BBB complaint we have ever received, and something that could have easily been taken care of.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20800955, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I agree with Mr. ***** this could have been held a lot easier if he had done what he said he would do. I have mailed him both invoices twice to him and the BBB. We have been in business since 1929 and I have been a funeral director at Waters & Hibbert for 47 years and this is only the second time I have  had to use the BBB for resolving an issue with a company.
