Per our conversation yesterday, I am writing and documenting that the issue previously reported to the BBB has been rectified and handled with professionalism and is complete by E9 Master Carpentry & General Contracting, owned by ***********************.

I had previously completed paperwork/documents to close this case, which I thought had been done and submitted after I received completion notice.

Please let me know if there is any further actions needed.
    Thank you.

I contracted e9 Master Carpentry and Construction to do a tiki bar for us on May 12. The job was quoted for 4-6 weeks. Our first check had an issue because we were doing another project and they deposited at the same time. Payment was rectified on May 20. On May 28 I was told that the bar top was being constructed. On June 5 I was told they had to move stuff out of their warehouse so there was a delay but he'd reach out soon with a delivery date. On June 17 I was told that he was working nights finishing a commercial project and had to clear the warehouse and redo the panels, but planned to continue work on tiki bars on 6/20. On 6/18 I was given an estimated completion date of "before July 4th." On July 1st I asked for an update. No response. On July 5 I texted again. No response. On July 6 I texted and called and finally got a text that he was "in an appointment" and couldn't talk. He then told me "e have been delayed a bit but we will be coming to install the tiki bar setup asap. I asked for a concrete install date. No response. On July 7 I asked again. No response. On July 10 I asked again and expressed my frustration on lack of communication. He shared that his baby was having medical issues and that he would have an install date for us the next day (July 11). No text on July 11. I texted on July 12. No response. I texted again on July 14. No response. I texted again on July 17. No response. Texted again on July 18. No response. Texted again on July 19 and told him that I would be reporting him. No response. Today is July 20. We paid a deposit of $6,725.
