    March 6, 2025, we placed an order for a load of boxes to be picked up at 4:00 that day and they needed half payment wired to them before they would load. We wired the $3575.00 and my truck was waiting to be loaded in ** at the facility. I asked beforehand that they could do this as we never prepay for boxes. They said yes, we can do it. The truck was there, and nobody was there to load, they left. The truck stayed over, and they still wouldn't load the truck. They would not take my calls, emails or text as I wanted my money back- they clearly scammed me for the wired money. Then, they said they would refund it, but they had a family member in the hospital and couldn't be bothered with anything work related and left town for 2 weeks. The bookkeeper who is extremely rude, berated me for asking for my refund and how dare I ask when they are going through such a hard time. This is not personal, this is business, and they stole my money. Nobody answers the phone, the phone numbers are all non working on their website and when you ****** them. There is no way to reach them. Then they leave the country for another calamity and are gone for a month! I called, texted, and emailed for my rightfully deserved payment back, and they started playing games with me on my refund. Acting like the bookkeeper was defying them to pay me back as he sent a check to me with the bottom completely cut off with the routing numbers and account numbers gone so it could not be deposited. The woman said she would wire me back my money, she did not., I asked for the receipt for proof, and she never sent it. She disappeared for 3 weeks. Then all of them completely disappeared. They are back in the country, and I texted the woman who owns the company- she replied- she said she is way too busy, and I need to simmer down. We are now May 8th and NOT ONE OF THEM take calls, emails or texts. They stole from me by asking me to wire them and they left

    We are filing this complaint against 360 Resins for failure to pay outstanding invoices totaling $25,000. ********** purchased material from our company but has refused to pay the agreed-upon amount, citing that their own customer has not paid them. This is not a valid reason to withhold payment, as our agreement was with 360 Resins, not their customer.Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, including emails, phone calls, and certified mail, ********** has not responded to any of our communications. The certified mail was delivered but not accepted by the recipient.This lack of communication and refusal to pay has left us no choice but to file this complaint in hopes of a resolution. We are seeking full payment of the $25,000 owed.

    We sold 2 loads of plastic to this company on 5/13/24 and 6/25/24. Before shipping the 2nd load of plastic we were told a check had been mailed for the 1st load. When the check never came for the 1st load ****** told us she would send an *** for both loads by 7/12/24. We were told she was out of the country, then their account was hacked so she had to physically go to the bank to send the *** and the *** never came. On 9/25/24 after several email attempts ****** stated "Yes, you are correct we do owe you guys money. I am currently collecting on debts owed so we can out own debts cleared. I promise ai haven't forgotten you! I know I've said in the past we are waiting on funds, and that is true. Please allow me a little more time to clear this debt owes to you. I really am sorry for the inconvenience!!"Not once did they ever mention they needed to collect on debts to pay us as we were told on several different occasions that she would send us an ***. Furthermore, I asked if she was willing to go on a payment plan and at least make an initial payment to us instead of the total balance. I have emailed 4 times since, sent certified letters, called with no answer and still have not received any payment.
