    ******* does not know how to get a permit nor pay the fees associated with doing the work. He was paid in good faith to complete the job but never did according to the contract. At this point I don't even know if it will pass inspection because of the shoddy work done.

    This customer needed services just before the hurricane, they were a friend of an acquaintance so we took on the job.

    They had no water in their home which qualifies this job as an emergency situation; in ******* it is emergency situation if you have no AC or running water in your home,y ou are allowed to perform the jobs first and file for permitting afterward.

    Due to the hurricane the building department was closed, however ********** is very slow with the permitting process. This has been going on since mid October, I can't control how long the city takes but they gave him a different information with their updates on his place in the queue than what they gave me. There are no problems with the job at all, we could not cover the access holes until they inspected but to our knowledge inspections were performed and passed last week. Throughout the process the permit denials were only for minor paperwork corrections needed, we were told they had to follow the formal process to deny and then allow paperwork corrections.
