I was visiting ********** with family. We found Gator ****'s online and decided to visit it. We purchased 10 Go Cart passes for $80 with the idea all 4 of us to enjoy. We used 3 passes and had to leave since my wife did not feel good due to high heat. We had 7 passes on the card left. We went back another day with the idea to use them. They told us that the track was closed because it was wet. We said it was OK and will return another day. Two days later we came back. There was a huge line which we did not mind and waited. we waited one set of riders to go in and complete their ride. There was only one staff boy on duty. He was overworked and exhausted. It took him a while to load the people up and send them on their card ride adventure. They finished their rides. After everyone of the riders left their carts, it was time for the next people to get in. This is where it became unacceptable. The guy realized that the go carts needed fuel, so he took his time to go in to the storage shed and get a gas can and start fueling them up. He made several trips because the gas can was enough for a couple of cars only i guess. Of course he was exhausted, it was about ***** degrees out and humid. He apologized to someone in front of the line but there was nothing he could do - he was all alone. Upon the question why he does not call for help he replied that all the people are girls and simply no one could help him. This was 30 minutes waiting for us already in the heat and we were done. I went to the office to ask for a manager to get a refund. The girl at the counter gave me the runaround that there is nothing she could do without a manager and she told me that the manager was a lady who just went to help at the go cart track. I asked her to call her via radio or give me a number so i can call her. She asked me to go back there and find her. I told her i literally just walked from there and i did not meet anyone on the way . She insisted that she could do nothing and i gave up.

We are sorry that your experience was less than stellar. Unfortunately it gets very hot in ******* and that is not something we can control. We also can not control the number of customers that show up at any given point in the day. The General manager (lady) did go back to the go-karts to assess and try and help the situation, however nobody ever came up to her to speak to her about any issues. As for asking for a refund the ** was onsite and would have been more than happy to issue you a refund. The attractions that you purchased never expire so if you hold onto your card the next time you are in the area you can use them without hesitation or delay. I am rejecting this response because: I get it you cannot control the weather and the number of people visiting, I understand that. What you can control is making sure the go carts track has more than one employee working on it, so things like ride turnarounds go fast and smooth. You see, when it came to me purchasing the card you guys were fast to charging the card, no hiccups there. Then the excuses start - we do not control the weather, how many people come in, but do not mention the points you do control - proper staffing and smooth operation. For example if there were 3 boys working the track, one could have handled the loading and unloading of carts and the other two making sure all carts are properly fueled up, so the operation runs smoothly. Also i went to ask for a remedy and after four times me asking what can be done i was told that only the manager can help me, without even mentioning the general manager is an option. But of course i could not speak to her because she was not around. I was told then i can use the card next time, but after i mentioned that we are leaving next day and there will be no next time, the girl agreed to my suggestion - " I guess there is nothing that can be done and no one i could speak at the moment" /Unless i was willing to go back to the track, look for the manager - a blond woman in a blue shirt and talk to her/ As for the manager being helping at the track - that is not true. I was at the track, there was no one helping the poor boy and i surely did not meet anyone on the way to the office going into the direction of the track, no one, no customer no manager. And the path is only one. So, i am sorry but i do not accept the response. Surely i do not think this is a way to conduct business, but hey, who am i to judge, right!

Thank you for your feedback. We will take your recommendations into consideration as we move forward with our business model. Not being from the local area, you don't have a good handle on the local labor market and its challenges post a catastrophic Hurricane *** (CAT 5) but thank you for your feedback. Have a blessed day.
