Since August 2023, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning Non-Delivery of their pet.  Specifically, the business will require payment upfront for the pet but then request additional payment(s) before shipping. Consumers have not received the promised pet despite paying, and found that no refunds have been received.
1).  The website, https://westlandragdolls.com/, was created on July 10, 2023.

2).  BBB was not able to verify if the images used for the listed pets and testimonials actually belong to the business or if they were stolen from social media accounts.

3).  BBB was not able to verify the address in Cape Coral is registered to any business, mail was returned as undeliverable. Please understand that scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address usually has no connection to the scam business.
