    We chose this company because the designer said the work would be done in 1 day. We are in a busy season of life and diy would have taken a full weekend. Install was scheduled 3 months out. Day of install, the installer calls and says that he wont be there at 8:30, but now arriving at 12. 1:30 still not arrived, call and says he isnt sure he can come. Tell him he needs to get it done because took the day off for this. Arrives at 3:30 (7 hours late). At 6:45pm unable to finish job because he didnt have everything he needed. The job took 2 more days to complete because of drilling a hole in the wrong place on drawer and other missing items. Company unapologetic for my loss of work days. Their contract states that if client changes install date with only 10 days notice it would be a 10% fee. 3 days would be 20% fee, yet they dont hold themselves to that same standard. Asked for owner to call me. Crickets. The office manager is extremely rude. Charged my credit card for final payment without ever sending an invoice or receipt or getting back to me about a resolution. They are very unprofessional. Told me the second time installer came out to work that they were doing me a favor. Its not a favor when you have a contract for thousands of dollars of work. Its doing your job. Terrible company.

    Unethical business practices and the managers will make up lies to not give you your money back. They will not accommodate any date change request and put you as far as they possibly can. They have been holding my 50% deposit for 4 months and planning on holding for 6 months. When you tell them you want to cancel, they will want 20% of the total closet cost without doing any work! Oh and they will make up lies about how the closet shelfs are already produced and waiting on the floor to be installed. This business will not last long. Beware buyers!
